Founding GTM

I'm looking for a co-founder to lead distribution, customers, and revenue across our portfolio of AI-powered nutrition products. Product and engineering are moving, with real usage already in hand — the biggest unlock now is a second founder who owns the commercial side alongside me.

Together, we'd shape MyPlate.food monetization (tracking toward 30K MAU in its first month, mostly educators and nutritionists), the Peppermint iOS launch and growth, and a B2B pipeline for our 1.8M+ product catalog and purchase-intelligence API — across nutrition platforms, GLP-1 programs, dietitian software, and employer wellness.

We'd start with a 2-month trial to get to know each other: a strategy sprint in Month 1, embedded execution in Month 2, and a formal co-founder agreement with meaningful equity on Day 60 if we both want to keep going.

A few things I'm hoping for in a partner:

  • Hands-on experience selling or driving acquisition in B2B SaaS, health tech, or consumer subscription
  • Comfort with the day-to-day of a two-person team — outreach, experiments, and customer conversations live close to you
  • Genuine curiosity about food, nutrition, or metabolic health — GLP-1s, CGMs, consumer nutrition, employer wellness
  • Able to commit full-time, so we can move at the pace an early company needs
